Learn About Child Growth and Development
Students in the Early Childhood Education program learn about child growth and development, nutrition, preschool management, and human relations. Hands-on training is provided by operating a licensed preschool with children ages three to five attending. Seniors may qualify for early placement or apprenticeship jobs.
Graduates will be qualified to work in the growing field of child care through employment at licensed preschools, and day care centers, and as teacher aides in public schools.
