Cosmetology
Acquire a cutting-edge career in cosmetology! Learn through one-on-one instruction, gain hands-on lab experience in hair styling, hair coloring, make-up, facial services, and manicures. Upon completion, students will be prepared to take their license through the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board. Class includes 57 Weeks in class, plus intern hours in a salon, and distance education hours needed to achieve 1500 Clock Hours for the State Certification exam. (NOTE: Tuition does not include the cost of black scrubs and tennis shoes, the cost of traveling to Columbus to take exam, exam cost, or fee for the license; does not include cost of State Board Kit $150 needed to take the exam.)
